When you haven’t got the time (or budget) for a full weekend retreat but just need a little ‘me-time’, join us to relax, rejuvenate and re-vibe. Deepen your personal mindfulness practice with a themed talk (based on NLP and Hypnotherapy background to learn techniques to aid your full, mind, body and soul experience). This will be followed by a tea break then yoga and sound healing – complete with Tibeten singing bowls, Native Indian Flute, Steel Hapi Drum, Earth, Water, Wind and Fire wind chimes. Spaces are limited so book early.

The yoga is gentle and restorative, followed by a guided meditation before sound healing. By the end you will feel balanced, focused, refreshed and rejuvenated. Absolute beginners are more than welcomed and I encourage you to rest any time. We always end the yoga with a signature little forehead massage with a combination of my favourite relaxing oils – Lavender, Neroli and Geranium used to aid anxiety, low mood and healing in general (head massage if optional of course).
As a trained Indian Head Masseuse I will be throwing a FREE PRIZE ENTRY at every mini retreat where someone will win a longer head massage on the relaxation. For those that prefer no to have the head touched I will give Reiki instead.
