Hypnotherapy is beneficial in supporting your journey towards health and wellness within a wide range of areas such as:

We also work with past life regression, age regression and often combine Reiki, Indian Head Massage or Coaching with individuals depending on the situation and the healing required.  We have found that one you are over the hurdle or the block with Hypnotherapy our meditation and yoga classes, as well as talks, workshops or retreats, can help you to take your empowerment back to your life and lead yourself to the next chapter.

Accept the dark and the light.

It’s not about being perfect.  Part of our peace is accepting parts of our quirks of our personality. And where you feel the dark needs to be changed, where it’s causing too much pain for you then you can work on that with Hypnotherapy.  Hypnotherapy is a form of alternative therapy which uses the power of thought, embedded at a deeper conscious level, to bring long lasting and desirable changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours, thereby breaking down the limiting beliefs that one has developed based on their experiences.

Sessions begin with a complimentary 30 minute consultation to identify and explore goals. Hypnotherapy sessions will be for 1 hr 15 to allow for progressive discussions before and after.
